Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and processing Purchase Orders (POs) and related purchasing documents.
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and order status.
• Maintain and update purchasing, inventory, and supplier records.
• Support logistics activities including shipment coordination and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare shipping, receiving, and transportation documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material availability and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock reconciliation activities.
• Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative duties related to supply chain operations.
• Assist in generating reports and maintaining accurate records for purchasing and logistics functions.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
