1.0 Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing transportation operations for the assigned country under MOT regulations, ensuring compliance with corresponding responsibilities and KPIs
• Book and manage logistics and local deliveries for the assigned country, providing adequate support for growing transportation needs
• Responsible for shipment delivery, shipment tracking, exception handling, and local delivery management
• Manage forwarders’ daily operations to improve efficiency and ensure on-time delivery and service quality
• Prepare Certificates of Origin from MITI and FMM
• Organize and optimize logistics processes, control logistics costs, and propose improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and Department Manager

2.0 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
• Familiar with airfreight, sea freight, and courier operations
• Good knowledge of customs declaration documentation
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good knowledge of import and export documentation, such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin (CO), etc
• Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible

3.0 Authorities

• Authority to coordinate and arrange inbound and outbound logistics activities in accordance with company procedures
• Authority to liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and service providers regarding delivery schedules and shipment arrangements
• Authority to prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., Delivery Orders and customs documentation) as required
• Authority to monitor shipment status and follow up on delays or discrepancies
• Authority to coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, and Finance) to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Authority to report and escalate logistics issues, delays, or risks to the superior for further action

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
