Driven by a highly dynamic team, the company is growing faster than ever hence we have a new opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our Team in Bintulu. The individual would be required to work for full time from Monday to Friday and half a day on every Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Director's dalily schedule, appointments and meetings.
• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other administrative tasks.
• Prepare reports, presentation and meeting minutes.

Requirement:

- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred.
