Job Description:

Daily:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing engineering projects, new part or sample to ensure able to meet scope and timeline requirements.
• Evaluate and improve engineering processes and workflows for greater efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Responsible to work with QA team for further root cause finding.
• Responsible to sustain process stability for new part and existing part.
• Feasibility study on new part and sample submission.
• Responsibility for engineering project (New part / Improvement part) handing and follow up.

Monthly:

• Foster a culture of continuous learning by identifying training needs and ensuring team members develop necessary skills.
• Responsible to lead continuous improvement programmes on product quality, cost yield, productivity, CPK study and FMEA study.

Yearly:

• Provide feedback on improvements or recognitions.
• Supervise production crew members on a daily basis while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• To ensure employees are skilled and knowledgeable.
• Responsible for the calibration system on the measuring, inspection and testing equipment.
