We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Product Supervisor to lead the day-to-day execution of our eCommerce catalogue operations. Reporting directly to the Product Manager, you will focus on maintaining high standards for product listing quality and managing team resource allocation.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily entry and maintenance of product data within the CMS to ensure absolute accuracy and completeness
Enforce strict quality control guidelines for all product listings including text, images, specifications, and category tree alignment before go-live
Manage team roster schedules and shift allocations to guarantee consistent operational coverage during peak hours and major product launches
Conduct hands-on training for junior team members regarding system updates, listing quality standards, and operational guidelines
Monitor daily team output, track listing accuracy, and provide regular performance feedback and reports to the Product Manager
Coordinate with the merchandising team to secure the most up-to-date product information and creative assets on time
Work with the design team to update contents on the website
Work closely with the Content team to implement optimized keywords and content adjustments directly onto product pages
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, eCommerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline
1–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, catalogue management, or data entry supervision
Strong familiarity with Content Management Systems and online storefront environments
Proven experience managing team shift schedules, rosters, and operational attendance
Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to catch data errors and layout inconsistencies quickly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate a team and report to management
