What We Are Looking For (This is a 12-month contract renewable role)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join a high-performing analytics and operations environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data beyond surface-level reporting — someone who can maintain dashboards, investigate data gaps, support business reporting, and translate numbers into practical insights for internal teams.

You will work closely with different business functions to ensure data is accurate, reporting is reliable, and stakeholders are able to make better decisions with the right information.

The Mission

• Reporting Reliability: Build and maintain trusted reporting outputs that business teams can rely on for daily and strategic decisions.
• Dashboard Visibility: Ensure dashboards remain accurate, useful, and easy for stakeholders to interpret.
• Data Accuracy: Work closely with data flows, reporting logic, and quality checks to reduce inconsistencies and improve confidence in the numbers.
• Business Impact: Turn operational data into clear takeaways that support commercial, product, operations, and management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Business Reporting Rhythm:

Prepare and maintain regular business reports that help internal teams track performance, identify issues, and make faster decisions.

• Maintain Data Visibility Tools:

Support the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dashboards, mainly using Power BI, to ensure users have access to accurate and useful data views.

• Work with Data Flows:

Monitor and manage data movement across different sources, making sure information used for reporting is complete, clean, and reliable.

• Turn Data into Practical Insights:

Analyse trends, exceptions, and performance movements, then translate findings into clear takeaways for business stakeholders.

• Support Business Teams:

Work closely with commercial, operational, product, finance-related, and marketing teams to understand reporting needs and improve data consistency.

• Improve Reporting Accuracy:

Identify gaps in reporting logic, data quality, or dashboard outputs, and work with relevant teams to strengthen reporting reliability.

• Project-Based Analysis:

Provide ad hoc analysis for business initiatives, campaign reviews, process improvements, and management decision-making.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, sales operations analytics, commercial reporting, or a similar analytical role.
2. Hands-on experience using SQL for data extraction, checking, transformation, and analysis.
3. Practical experience in building, maintaining, or enhancing dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
4. Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets for data cleaning, reporting, analysis, and validation.
5. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies, investigate data issues, and ensure reporting accuracy.
6. Able to explain data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and turn analysis into practical business recommendations.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative-related fields.

Added Advantage:

Exposure to Python, scripting, automation, SaaS, B2B, tech, sales operations, or commercial analytics environments will be a plus
