Job Summary

A Pre-Sales Technical Consultant plays a pivotal role in understanding client requirements and proposing customized solutions. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

• Architect comprehensive solutions considering both on-premises and cloud-based alternatives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical landscape and propose tailored solutions.
• Provide recommendations, designs, and in-depth knowledge during client interactions.
• Develop detailed proposals outlining technical aspects, benefits, and costing of proposed solutions.
• Experience with Cloud and Hybrid SharePoint deployments, including migrating from older versions
• Provide guidance to business units on structuring their SharePoint sites.
• Work closely with sales and account managers on RFQ scoping and costing.
• Ability to present and demonstrate proposed solutions to clients.
• A relevant degree such as Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Possess good command of English, excellent communication and presentation skills
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in presales technical consultation
• At least 3 years of software development experience and relevant experience in system development and implementation in .NET / C# and web UI development
• Deep technical knowledge of SharePoint and Office 365 collaboration technologies.
• 3 - 5 years of experience with SharePoint, including SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019 and Share Online.
• Familiarity with technologies like JQuery, CSS, XML, JavaScript, ASP.NET and PHP framework.
• Proficiency in Enterprise CMS platforms like Progress Sitefinity, Sitecore and related technologies.
