Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Kuala Lumpur for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting cost planning and analysis, managing project cost control, and providing comprehensive cost reporting. The role includes monitoring and evaluating project costs while ensuring efficient budget management and compliance with financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Experience in Cost Reporting and financial analysis related to quantity surveying
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or professional memberships (e.g., MRICS, CIQS) are a plus
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and industry standards
