Job Type: 1 year extendable contract with our client (payroll Avensys)

Location: Singapore

Timings : Rotational shift

Yrs of Exp: 2+ years of relevant experience

Job Description

We are hiring an ITSM Specialist to manage end-to-end IT Service Management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Infrastructure Release Management.

The role involves handling P1/P2 major incidents, driving root cause analysis (RCA), and ensuring smooth infrastructure releases with minimal business impact.

The candidate will ensure SLA compliance, provide stakeholder communication, and deliver service stability through continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong experience in ITIL processes, major incident management, ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy), and production support environments is required
