Your first 12 weeks

You will get hands-on with IT service management, cloud, Python, Linux, DevOps tooling, IT security, and AI integrations. You will learn how incidents are triaged and how operations teams keep platforms available.

Roles you could move into

• Production Support Analyst: troubleshoot live issues and help protect critical systems.
• Site Reliability Engineer: help keep large systems stable, fast, and available.
• IT Operations Analyst: monitor incidents, spot patterns, and help stop repeat issues.
• Application Support Analyst: investigate problems in live applications and help users keep working.

Where it leads : As you build experience, your path can open into roles such as site reliability engineer, DevOps engineer, and cloud engineer.
