An Established Cat 1 License Wellness & Spa company is looking for dedicated and talented Spa Therapist to be part of our dynamic team

Reporting Function

Reporting directly to outlet Spa Manager

Job Description

1. Provide consistent professional spa massage (either body or foot) in accordance with spa standards.

2. Ensure high level of service standards

3. Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, Treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.

4. Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.

5. Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely

6. Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager

Requirements

1. Preferably with ITEC / WSQ certificate or massage certification

2. Able to commit work on weekends/public holidays

3. 6 days work week

4. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

5. Pleasant personality and hardworking
