Sales Designer

Job Summary:

You will engage customers to understand their needs, deliver creative interior design proposals, and drive sales conversions while coordinating projects for smooth delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers to identify and clarify their interior design needs and preferences to tailor solutions effectively
• Develop and present creative design concepts that align with customer requirements and inspire purchase decisions
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and negotiate terms to successfully close sales deals
• Coordinate project activities across teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of products and services, meeting customer expectations

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications:

• Diploma in Interior Design (ID) or equivalent
• Preferably with ID sales experience
• Must be bilingual in "English and Mandarin" in order to communicate with the English and Mandarin speaking clients or IDs
• Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and good team player
• Result-oriented, independent and experience in customer service and sales
• Self-motivated and strong communication skill
• Basic salary commensurate with experience
• Attractive commission (subject to individual sales performance)
• Permanent position

Working Hours:

6 days' week (One off-day per week, to be taken on weekday)

Showroom Working Hours:

• 12.00pm to 9.00pm (Weekdays)
• 11.00am to 9.00pm (Weekends/PHs)

Retail Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional service to walk-in customers
• Promote the company’s products through excellent customer service
• Ensure showroom merchandise displays are well maintained
• Process POS transaction

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent
• Preferably with furniture retail sales experience
• Must be bilingual in “English and Mandarin” in order to communicate with the English and Mandarin speaking customers
• Positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility and good team player
• Result-oriented, independent and experience in customer service and sales
• Self-motivated and good communication skill
• Basic salary commensurate with experience
• High commission and special incentive (subject to individual sales performance)

Working Hours:

5 days' week (Two off-days per week, to be taken on weekdays)

6 days' week (One off-day per week, to be taken on a weekday)

Delivery Driver

Responsibilities:

• Deliver furniture to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect the furniture prior delivery
• Operate a 14-footer delivery truck (Class 3 driving license)
• Collect payments
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow delivery SOP and safety standards
• Assist in assembly of furniture at warehouse when required

Requirements:

• Mature and able to work independently
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience is preferable
• Able to communicate in “English and Mandarin” with the English and Mandarin speaking customers is an added advantage
• Good communication skill
• Physically fit
• Positive attitude
• Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
• Basic salary includes overtime allowance
• Able to start work within short notice

Warehouse Working Hours:

• Mon - Fri (9.00am - 6.15pm)

• Sat (9.00am - 2.00pm) [Compulsory OT from 2.00pm - 6.15pm]
• Sun (Rest Day)

Responsibilities:

• Assist driver to deliver furniture to different addresses and through different routes
• Assist to load, unload, prepare, inspect the furniture prior delivery
• Follow delivery SOP and safety standards
• Clean inside of truck after delivery daily
• Inspect product and does any needed touch up
• Assist in the warehouse to unload goods from container when required

Requirements:

• Mature and able to work independently
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience is preferable
• New entry is welcome
• Physically fit
• Positive attitude
• Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
• Basic salary includes overtime allowance
• Able to start work within short notice

Warehouse Working Hours:

Responsibilities:

• Perform Picking & Packing / Loading & Unloading duties
• Involve in receiving of incoming goods
• Data entry of stocks / goods
• Assist in the day-to-day operations within the warehouse department
• Assist in assembly of furniture when required
• Cycle count

Requirements:

• Work experience in warehouse environment is an added advantage
• Possess forklift license
• Mature and able to work independently
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience is preferable
• Physically fit
• Positive attitude
• Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
• Basic salary includes overtime allowance
• Dinner provided for working over time
• Able to start work within short notice

Office Working Hours:

• Mon - Fri (9.00am - 6.15pm)
