Our client a leading European MNC seeking for RISK & COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE to join them.

Job scope:

• Develop and implement compliance, integrity, and governance strategies aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Advise management on regulatory compliance, corporate policies, and ethical business practices.
• Establish and maintain an effective Compliance Management System, including corruption, fraud, money laundering, and business & human rights risk management.
• Drive compliance training, communication, and awareness initiatives to foster a strong culture of integrity and accountability.
• Lead enterprise risk management activities, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and ongoing monitoring.
• Coordinate annual governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes, quarterly risk reviews, and root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
• Conduct export compliance risk assessments and collaborate with business units to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design, implement, and maintain a service-focused Quality Management System (QMS), including policies, SOPs, work instructions, and documentation.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits, monitor process effectiveness, identify non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Serve as the key advisor for compliance, risk, and quality management, providing guidance to stakeholders and promoting operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Law, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Corporate Governance)
• Experience in International or Regional working environment
• Excellent analytical capability and organizational skills
• Demonstrate high integrity, confidence, flexibility and willingness to take on responsibilities
Confident in engaging and communicating effectively with employees at all levels, including management.
