Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Program / Project Engineer to support customer RFQs, manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, and coordinate engineering change processes. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and prepare accurate, competitive quotations for RFQs (Request for Quotation).
• Coordinate and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including BOM preparation and alignment with relevant functional teams.
• Utilize internal systems and applications (e.g. SAP) for project tracking, documentation, and coordination.
• Manage and execute Engineering Change Notices (ECN) from initiation through implementation, ensuring readiness for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to meet customer and business requirements.

Requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in program engineering, project engineering, or a similar role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
