Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of customer service
• Willing and able to work in shifts
• Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Basic IT knowledge
• Able to work under pressure
• Possess a good track record

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing end-user support for our online booking tool, including troubleshooting technical issues and guiding users through the booking process.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are logged and tracked in our ticketing system.
• Providing training to customers as needed to ensure that they can effectively use our online booking tool.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of our online booking tool by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
