Job Descriptions

• Assist in maintaining full sets of accounts and accounting records.
• Prepare and record journal entries.
• Process daily accounting transactions accurately and timely.
• Update accounting software with financial data.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Record hire purchase and leasing transactions.
• Maintain customer financing files.
• Liaise with Sales, Admin, and After Sales departments regarding billing matters.

Requirement

• Minimum 1 years of accounting experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in automotive dealership or finance/leasing industry is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
