We're Hiring: SAP EWM Support Associate!

Overview

We are hiring an SAP EWM Support Associate to provide application support for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) in a 24/7 operational environment. This role is suitable for candidates with SAP support experience or fresh graduates with relevant SAP internship/project exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for SAP EWM applications.
• Troubleshoot incidents, resolve user issues, and manage service requests.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate with functional/technical teams.
• Support testing, system enhancements, documentation, and process improvements.
• Work closely with business users to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Participate in shift handovers and operational reporting.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of SAP, ERP, or IT application support experience. Fresh graduates with SAP exposure are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of SAP EWM, SAP WM, or SAP logistics modules (MM, PM, SD, etc.).
• Understanding of incident management, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP SD, or other Supply Chain modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, barcode scanning, or RF devices.
