Facility Manager
Job Summary
- Applies engineering principles and techniques to optimize the facility engineering in manufacturing environment, leads facility improvement projects, develop a robust facility maintenance plan, to ensure compliance with workplace safety, health and other regulatory which requirements compile to organizational objectives.
JOB AREA
- Facility document, checklist preparation/ improvement
- Compressed Air system maintenance & monitoring
- Monthly report preparation
- Canteen facility maintenance
- Sewage system maintenance and improvement.
- JKKP & DOE issue arrangement
- Cooling tower system maintenance & monitoring
- Ventilation system maintenance & monitoring
- Scrubber system maintenance and monitoring.
- Scrubber Competent Person (CePSO)
- Confine space competent Person (AGT)
- Sustainability Project
- Facility equipment repairing
- Facility equipment Improvement project
- Expansion project arrangement & setup
- Assist/participate in other Company events & activities as and when required.
- To participate/support other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the company from time to time.
- Diploma/ degree in Mechanical/ mechatronic engineering
- 5 years working experience in maintenance / facility department.
