Salary: RM3,200 - RM4,500

Company Description: Enho Grace & Partners (EGP) was founded on August 8, 2022 and the firm has developed into a dynamic, fully-fledged law firm providing a comprehensive range of legal services.

Role Description:

• Prepare, maintain and analyze the firm's accounting records, including assets, liabilities, income and expenses.
• Record accounting and financial transactions accurately based on verified supporting documents.
• Handle client billing, invoices, receipts and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Perform bank reconciliations, client account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and schedules for management review.
• Ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS/MPERS), tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor and remind relevant parties of all statutory submissions and payment deadlines, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST, income tax, audit and other regulatory filings.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records and confidential financial information.
• Assist in reviewing and improving accounting policies, internal controls and operational procedures.
• Carry out any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess Professional Qualifications/Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• Fresh graduate or has at least 1 year of relevant accounting and tax experience.
• Technical skills such as accounting standard eg: FRS, MPERS and always in the know on relevant updates on Acts or regulation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidate who is excellent in speak, read and write in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Candidate who is excellent in AutoCount accounting software will be an advantage
