.Good experience in providing L2/L3 production support under stringent SLAs

.Developed and customized HRSD solutions using HR Case Management and Employee Service Center.

• Configured HR Services, Record Producers, and Catalog Items for employee requests.

• Implemented Lifecycle Events for onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes.

• Created workflows and Flow Designer automations to streamline HR operations.

• Developed Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.

• Integrated ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as Active Directory and third-party HR applications.

• Built reports and dashboards to track HR service performance and KPIs.
