Position: BOM Coordinator (Semiconductor Handlers)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Intern or Junior Engineer (0–2 years of experience) to support the creation, maintenance, and coordination of Bill of Materials (BOM) for semiconductor handler projects. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of coordinating with multiple departments to ensure BOM accuracy and timely project execution.

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience

• Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience in BOM, document control, engineering coordination, or manufacturing engineering.

Skills

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Able to read 3D mechanical drawings and understand part numbering for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic items.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-organized and capable of following up with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and release machine BOMs for multiple projects.

• Coordinate BOM changes and maintain ECN implementation records.

• Ensure BOM accuracy before purchasing and assembly activities.

• Work closely with Project Managers, Designers, Automation, Control, Vision, and Purchasing teams.

• Maintain BOM revision control and related documentation.

• Support continuous improvement of BOM management processes and documentation standards.
