Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fleet operations, ensuring the efficient execution of daily activities while meeting business objectives and operational performance targets.
• Oversee fleet readiness, asset utilisation, and resource allocation to ensure operational requirements are consistently met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and processes to enhance fleet performance, improve service delivery, and support future business growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, optimise resources, strengthen business continuity, and improve overall fleet performance.
• Plan and manage manpower deployment, budgeting, and operational resources to maximise productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure fleet operations comply with all applicable statutory regulations, industry standards, company policies, and quality management systems.
• Partner closely with the QHSSE team to promote a strong safety culture, implement safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with safe work practices across all operations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, regulatory authorities, service providers, and external partners to support business objectives and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fleet operations, marine operations, transportation, logistics, or asset-intensive operational environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of operational planning, resource management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
