Our client is a well-established multinational freight forwarding and logistics conglomerate. To support their accelerating business expansion across the region, we are currently seeking a visionary and high-caliber IT Manager to oversee our technological ecosystem and drive regional IT excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Orchestrate, deploy, and sustain a comprehensive regional IT roadmap aligned with global corporate objectives; steer business growth through technology enablement.
Cultivate strategic alliances with country-level IT leads, corporate peers, and industry technology partners.
Deliver end-to-end project management and change mitigation under fast-paced timelines; actively contribute to IT initiatives when required.
Champion regional IT service quality assurance by implementing and monitoring robust operational KPIs across all regional offices.
Provide technical consultation, professional mentorship, and leadership support to localized IT teams.
Maximize IT infrastructure efficiency, ensuring resource allocation directly enhances business development and system resilience.
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of robust experience in system administration and development, with at least 5 years in a solid managerial capacity.
Proven IT management track record within the Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain industry is mandatory.
Well-versed in software architectures and technologies, including SQL Server, .NET Framework, VB.NET, and IIS.
Experience in managing regional IT infrastructure is highly preferred.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin. (Candidate with good command of Japanese language have an advantage, BUT NOT A MUST)
