RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To assist the Quality Manager in the following tasks:

a. Translating all documents that are required by the Quality Management System for all existing products and new products that are assigned to you.

b. Performing all incoming and outgoing materials quality inspections.

c. To perform QA inspection during the manufacturing process and to report to the Quality officer in the event of defects and rejects so that subsequent actions can be taken to prevent them from resurfacing.

d. To help to perform rework and to track wastages for statistical analysis, with the ultimate aim of improving quality and reducing the number of rejects

2. Produce documents written in the English language using proper sentence construction, punctuation, grammar, and spelling.

3. Communicate orally in the English language with customers, clients, and the public using the telephone, in-group and face-to-face and one-to-one settings.

4. To do all sample testing and to produce detailed reports, conclusions and recommendations.

5. To work on with the process team to establish root cause for defect seen by the production.

6. Work cooperatively with others.

7. Take direction from project leaders and engineering staff.

8. To perform BOM verification after the entry.

9. To ensure all NCR and CFR are responded in 24 hours time.
