We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality program in line with company objectives.

• Coordinate with third-party laboratories and vendors on product safety and reliability testing.

• Ensure the quality plan is effectively implemented at the production plant throughout the product development and production stages, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to analyze quality issues and develop corrective action plans to remove barriers in critical process flows.

• Ensure compliance with quality requirements for products in the U.S., European, and South American markets throughout the development stage.

• Perform ad hoc duties and assignments as required.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic, or soft toy products within the trading or manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of international safety standards, including but not limited to ASTM F963, EN71, EN62115, CPSIA, RoHS, REACH, and CPHA.

• Proficient in computer applications, including Windows and Microsoft Office.

• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.

• Willing to travel to the PRC.

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
