About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Visual Designer to join our growing team. You will play a

key role in bringing our character IPs and brand stories to life through compelling visuals for both

our retail stores (visual merchandising and in-store displays) and events, pop-up stores, and

experiential activations.

Working closely with the Retail and Event teams, you will handle the full design process — from

concept development and 3D visualisation to final artwork and production-ready files. This is a

great opportunity for a designer who enjoys variety and seeing their work come to life across both

retail environments and live events.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to the design process.

• Manage the complete design process from concept development, design, technical drawings to final artwork and production output.

• Create 3D visuals, mock-ups, and renderings for event concepts, installations, booths, retail displays, and visual merchandising.

• Produce high-quality visuals and graphic materials including POSM, signage, in-store displays, and printing materials for both retail and events.

• Present design concepts internally, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet project objectives.

• Collaborate closely with both the Retail and Event teams to deliver designs that meet brand and project requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Interior Design, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in visual/event/retail design or a similar creative role.

• Technical Skills (must-have):

– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software.

– Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent programs.

• Languages: Fluent in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Attributes:

– Strong creative sense with excellent attention to detail.

– Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Good team player who is responsible, self-motivated, and communicates well.
