Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals (setup, troubleshooting, repairs, replacements)
• Handle user account tasks — onboarding/offboarding, password resets, access requests
• Support common business applications and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Club Management System L1 user support
• Log, track, and resolve support tickets within agreed response times; escalate complex issues to L2/L3
• Assist with basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN)
• Maintain IT asset inventory and support documentation
• Provide clear, friendly service to end users of varying technical ability

Requirements

• ITE / Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field — fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common office applications
• Willingness to learn, good problem-solving attitude, and strong communication skills
• Able to work independently at a client site and be presentable and professional with end users
• Prior helpdesk or internship experience is a plus (not required)

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
