ROLE OVERVIEW:

The team is responsible for the physical setup and smooth execution of events. This role involves hands-on work with event infrastructure, primarily indoors, and occasional ad-hoc assignments as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Event Setup & Teardown

- Arrange tables, chairs, stages, carpets, and partitions according to event

requirements.

- Ensure all equipment and furniture are safely and neatly installed.

• Logistics Support

- Assist with moving items and handling general event logistics.

- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors to support event operations.

• Workplace Standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces.

- Follow safety protocols during setup and movement of equipment.

Requirements:

• Reliability & Punctuality: Strict adherence to scheduled timings and attendance is essential.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to lift, move, and arrange event furniture and equipment.
• Teamwork: Cooperative attitude and willingness to support colleagues in completing tasks.
• Flexibility: Openness to handle varied assignments beyond core setup duties.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily indoor event environments.
• Work schedules may vary depending on event timings.

Job Types: Part-time, Student job

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
