We are looking for a Client Services Executive who will be the bridge between our business and our clients. If you love building relationships, solution based job scope and open to the idea of handling clients’ accounts, this role is for you.

As a Client Services Executive, you are the face of our service delivery. Your main goal to provide support, work on feedback and improvements, manage client-relationship, handle cross-functional collaboration. Your role is not limited to,

You will serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clienteles. You will handle their enquiries, follow up on their needs, and make sure they have a smooth experience with us.

You shall handle account servicing and provide administration, assist with onboarding new clients, preparing documentation, and coordinating with banking and financial partners to execute client requests accurately.

On a daily basis, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities where we can add more value to our current clients. You will gather client feedback and work with senior management to improve our service processes and client retention strategies.

Key Requirements:

You’re an effective communicator. Whether it’s over the phone, via WhatsApp, or face-to-face, you know how to make clients feel comfortable and heard.

When a client faces an issue, you don't panic. You are resourceful, patient, and proactive in finding solutions.

You will be handling client portfolios and paperwork, so being neat and careful with details is super important.

Our business is built on trust. We need someone who is responsible, handles sensitive information with care, and follows through on promises.

Pay: $2,650.00 - $3,950.00 per month
