• Support full cycle of Facebook live selling by rotating between live admin role, logistics role and customer service role.
• To assist with uploading of products into system before livestream
• Preparation of live selling fulfilment list and responding to customers enquiries
• Support the logistic team in the packing and organising of product orders.
• Provide assistance to customers during live session (Checking of outstanding orders, questions on ordering and products)
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

• Able to work independently and self-initiative
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to details.
• Well-versed in the use of Facebook Live Tools.
• Time management and planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously
• Training will be provided
• Knowledge to use ChatGPT, Excel and Words

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
