With advanced testing technologies and strong engineering expertise, our client helps customers improve product quality, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused.

Service Engineer to provide technical support, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance services while working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system installation, calibration, retrofitting, commissioning, and customer training.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize system downtime.
• Take ownership of customer production issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing proactive technical support and issue prevention.
• Develop and implement customer support plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and customer maintenance personnel to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
• Work closely with internal engineering, technical support, and service teams to deliver high-quality customer support and meet service commitments.
• Provide timely updates and technical reports related to service activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience supporting customers within the semiconductor test industry.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Positive working attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing customer requirements.
• Experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) or semiconductor testing is an added advantage.
• Experience in handler/prober hardware docking integration will be an added advantage.
