Responsibilities / 工作职责

English:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, messaging platforms, or email

  • Provide accurate information and assist customers with their questions

  • Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution

  • Record and update customer information when necessary

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related matters

  • Maintain a professional and friendly communication tone at all times

Requirements / 任职要求

English:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat or messaging tools

  • Patient, responsible, and customer-oriented

  • Based in Kuching or able to work in Kuching

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
