• Provide sales and customer support by managing quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring excellent service and timely communication.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Purchasing, Store, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Monitor production schedules, job progress, material availability, and delivery status to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, drawings, work orders, reports, and filing systems in compliance with ISO 9001 procedures.
• Arrange logistics for incoming and outgoing materials, monitor subcontractor progress, and track production from order receipt to final delivery.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, handle customer feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality of company information and compliance with company policies, ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and 5S practices.
• Organize production meetings, resolve operational issues, and support effective workflow and production planning.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
