Job description:

The role supervises indoor operations, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to support branch sales operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the daily activities of the purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure operations run efficiently and in compliance with company procedures.
• Ensure timely replenishment of stock and proper coordination between departments to support sales and customer delivery requirements.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring goods are properly received, stored, and dispatched according to SOPs.
• Review delivery schedules and monitor route planning to ensure on-time and complete deliveries.
• Evaluate and report on supplier performance, logistics efficiency, and warehouse productivity.
• Enforce discipline, provide guidance, and conduct regular coaching for operations staff to maintain high performance and accountability.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, escalating major issues to management when necessary.
• Review and verify all operational documentation, including purchase orders, DOs, and stock records, before submission to management.
• Prepare and present weekly operational and performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations (preferably in the building materials industry).
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Possesses a leadership mindset, is well-organized, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL Accounting System.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising: 3 years (Preferred)

• Mandarin (Preferred)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
