About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a leading enterprise technology organization. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about designing scalable data platforms, developing modern data pipelines, and delivering enterprise-level data solutions.

You will play a key role in designing data architecture, implementing Azure-based data solutions, building business intelligence dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise data architecture and data platforms.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines using Azure Databricks.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and coordinate project delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Optimize data models, ETL processes, and data integration workflows.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across enterprise data platforms.
• Support data modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide technical guidance to project teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
• Strong expertise in Data Architecture and enterprise data platform design.
• Experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data solutions.
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives and coordinating project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience working in Agile or enterprise project environments is an advantage.
