Job Overview

• · Position: Production Technician

Remuneration

• · Basic Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,500 per month (excluding overtime)
• · Transport allowance: RM 4.00/ day
• · Meal allowance: RM 3.50/ day
• · Night Shift allowance: RM 10.00/ day

Job Responsibilities

1. Production Setup & Operation

• Prepare and operate production equipment according to job orders, ensuring the correct use of tooling, materials, and machine parameters. The role involves repetitive tasks and requires consistency, focus, and attention to detail.

2. Process Monitoring & Adjustment

• Monitor production processes, make necessary adjustments to machine settings, and report any issues to engineers or supervisors.

3. Preventive Maintenance

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability.

4. Quality Assurance

• Ensure all products meet required quality standards, both internal and external.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with environmental regulations and company policies.

6. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with technicians, supervisors, and team members to achieve production targets while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• · SKM or Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering / Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Automation/Robotic/Pneumatic / Chemical, Welding, or related field
• · Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• · Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• · Able to commute to the working place (Pasir Gudang, Johor)
• · Physically fit and able to work in a production environment
• · Able to work with rotational shift
