About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable and forward-thinking AI Software Engineer to join our growingtechnology team in Malaysia.

This role is ideal for a software engineer who is excited about the future of artificial intelligence,automation, AI agents, and modern software development. You will work on building and integratingAI-powered solutions across our software products, with a focus on improving how businesses operate,automate workflows, analyse data, and deliver better user experiences.

You will be working within the software industry, with opportunities to apply AI across multiple sectors,including property technology, sales, customer engagement, operations, data intelligence, and otherbusiness automation use cases.

As part of the team, you will help us design, build, and deploy intelligent AI solutions that can support real-world business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered software features, tools, and workflows.
• Build and improve autonomous AI agents that can assist with complex business processes,automation, decision support, and productivity.
• Integrate modern AI tools, APIs, and large language models into existing software platforms.
• Work with AI development tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and other LLM-basedcoding assistants to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate AI ideas into practical,scalable software solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools that could improve ourproducts and internal workflows.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations to support AI-powered features.
• Optimise, maintain, and improve existing codebases using modern engineering practices.
• Ensure AI solutions are reliable, secure, scalable, and suitable for production environments.
• Support experimentation, prototyping, testing, and deployment of new AI concepts.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Backend Developer, AI Engineer,or similar technical role.
• Strong interest and hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, LLMs, AIagents, or AI software integrations.
• Experience working with AI APIs and platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, GoogleGemini, or similar technologies.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot,Cursor, or similar tools.
• Ability to build or integrate autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain,AutoGPT, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or custom-built architectures.
• Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages such as Python, JavaScript,TypeScript, Node.js, or similar.
• Experience designing and working with REST APIs, databases, cloud services, and modernsoftware architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn business requirements into workingtechnical solutions.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to fast-changing AI technologies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teammembers.
