Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person visits and field sales activities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers (Doctors, Hospital Administrators, IT Managers, Procurement Teams)
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, pre-sales engagement, product presentation, negotiation, and deal closure
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and follow up on leads to convert opportunities
• Present and demonstrate Healthcare ERP / EMR / HIS / HMS solutions effectively
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions accordingly
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM/reporting regularly
• Collaborate with internal technical and presales teams for implementation support

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven B2B sales experience (mandatory)
• Experience in Healthcare IT, ERP, EMR, HIS, or HMS sales preferred
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closing)
• Comfortable with field sales and client-facing meetings
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated mindset
• Candidates with irrelevant sales experience will not be considered
