Investigate and resolve application incidents and service requests within SLA timelines

Analyze system issues using SQL to identify root causes and data inconsistencies

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate issue status and resolution progress

Escalate complex issues to Level 3 or development teams when necessary

Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential risks

Document troubleshooting steps, known issues, and resolutions for knowledge sharing

Support deployment and post-release activities as required

Utilize Python (if applicable) for automation and scripting to improve efficiency

4–6 years of experience in application support or a related role

Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting

Basic knowledge of Python is an added advantage

Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Professional and presentable in stakeholder interactions

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
