Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Responsible for monthly payroll, final salary calculation, tax reporting and staff benefits administration, including leave & attendance, medical, MPF, group insurance renewal
Assist on performance management responsibilities, including the annual performance appraisal, salary review & benchmarking, promotion and annual bonus process
Maintenance of employee records, including leave and attendance reporting and administration
Compile various HR reports, statistics and analysis
Handle the talent acquisition and onboarding process as needed
Participate in HR projects and ad hoc HR initiatives
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines, preferably with 1 to 3 years’ related experience
Good MS Excel skills and knowledge in HRIS systems would be an advantage
Resourceful and well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
Strong sense of responsibility, independent, well-organized, a good team-player
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Human Resources Specialist
