Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and securing new project opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding market presence.

• Lead tendering, bidding, and negotiation processes to achieve business and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, main contractors, consultants, government authorities, and key industry stakeholders.

• Provide overall leadership and direction to project teams to ensure successful project delivery in terms of safety, quality, cost, and schedule.

• Oversee the commercial performance of projects, including contract administration, cost control, risk management, and claims resolution.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen the company's market position and competitive advantage.

• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Mentor and develop project management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

• Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and professional forums to enhance brand awareness and business opportunities.

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Studies, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.

• 15+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with proven success in both project delivery and business development.

• Strong network with developers, consultants, main contractors, and industry stakeholders in Hong Kong.

• Demonstrated track record in winning projects and growing business pipelines.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of construction contracts and project economics.

• Professional qualification (HKIE, CIOB, RICS, ICE, or equivalent) is an advantage.
