• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating facilities installation, site activities, and overall project progress.

• Communicate effectively with sub‑contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works.

• Assist in guiding the team, and in the preparation, coordination, and timely submission of project and technical documents.

• Conduct site follow‑ups, attend site meetings, and support the Project Manager in resolving project issues issues and maintaining project timelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.

• 5 years+ of project management experience in automation, medical equipment installation, or industrial engineering.

• Background in Government projects and working with Consultants

• Hands-on and experience in electrical systems, mechanical integration, and on-site facility coordination.

• Proactive, positive attitude in cross-functional project teams.

• Candidate available immediately or on short notice will be an advantage.
