EUC Lead – Microsoft Intune | Jamf | Google Workspace

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused End User Computing (EUC) Lead to manage and modernize endpoint management services for a strategic telecommunications customer.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace, Jamf, Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft 365, and endpoint security across Windows and Mac environments. The role requires both technical leadership and people management capabilities to drive workplace transformation initiatives while ensuring a secure and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint & Device Management

* Lead end-to-end management of Windows, macOS, and m

obile devices.

* Administer and optimize Microsoft Intun

e environments.

* Manage device provisioning, configuration, patching, and

decommissioning.

* Implement and maintain device compliance policies and security baselines.

Microsoft Modern Workplace

* Manage Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft 365, and Conditional Access.

* Support modern workplace initiatives including cloud-first endpoint management.

* Drive endpoint standardization and process automation.

Google Workspace Administration

* Manage Google Workspace Administration.

* Configure Google Endpoint Management and Cloud Identity.

* Ensure identity governance and access management controls.

Mac Device Management

* Administer and support Jamf Pro environments.

* Manage application deployment, patching, and compliance for macOS devices.

Security & Compliance

* Implement Zero Trust principles and endpoint security controls.

* Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

* Conduct audits, vulnerability reviews, and remediation activities

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

* Lead and mentor EUC engineers.

* Act as the escalation point for critical endpoint issues.

* Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams.

* Engage directly with customers and business stakeholders.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

* Develop automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

* Improveoperational efficiency through process optimization.

* Evaluate and recommend emerging endpoint technologies.

Required Skills

Mandatory

* 8–10 years of IT experience.

* Minimum 5 years in EUC Management.

* Microsoft Intune.

* Azure AD / Entra ID

* Microsoft 365.

* Jamf Pro

* Google Workspace Administration.

Google Endpoint Management.
