The Opportunity

On behalf of World famous company, Huawei, we are hiring for Join the forefront of digital transformation. As the Huawei Cloud O&M Team Lead, you will spearhead the operational excellence of our hybrid cloud ecosystem. You will lead a high-performing team of Technical Account Managers (TAM) and Site Reliability Engineers (SRE), ensuring that our Public Cloud and Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) private environments are resilient, secure, and high-performing.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor local service O&M team (e.g. technical account managers), fostering a culture of "Issue-to-Resolution" efficiency and continuous technical growth.

Public Cloud/Private Service Excellence: Oversee the customer service for Public/Private Cloud customers, lead the maintenance and lifecycle management of Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS), specifically manage ownership of the HCS Patching and Upgrade Process to eliminate vulnerabilities.

Issue-to-Resolution Ownership: Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring the Standardized Incident Handling Process, coordinate with SRE team and R&D team to conduct and provide the root cause analysis (RCA).

Proactive Health & Service Actions: Drive the execution of Routine Health Checks, capacity planning, and performance optimization to prevent incidents before they impact customers.

Security & Compliance: Ensure all cloud resources comply with global security standards, managing vulnerability remediation and security hardening across all platforms.

Key Requirements

Experience: 5-7+ years in Cloud Operations or Infrastructure management,

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Public Cloud Services and private cloud virtualization. Hands-on

O&M Proficiency: Strong understanding of SRE methodologies and ITIL Service Management frameworks.

Problem Solving: Proven ability to manage "War Room" scenarios and lead teams through high-pressure resolution cycles.

Certification: Huawei Cloud Professional (HCIP) or Expert (HCIE) in Cloud Service or Solutions is highly preferred.
