As a Graduate Engineer, you will be part of the Hydropower and Dams team supporting both local and international projects. You will assist in the delivery of engineering assignments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and gain hands-on experience in hydropower and dam-related projects. You will work under the guidance of Senior Engineers and Principal Engineers to develop your technical competencies and contribute to the successful execution of projects.
Project Support
- Assist in the planning, design, coordination and execution of engineering projects.
Technical Analysis
- Conduct engineering studies, research, analysis and calculations to support project objectives and design development.
Documentation
- Assist in the preparation of technical documents, calculations, reports, drawings, specifications and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration
- Work closely with engineers, designers and other multidisciplinary team members to support project delivery and achieve project objectives.
Field Work
- Participate in site visits, inspections, surveys and field testing activities, as required.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure that works and deliverables comply with the internal procedures, project specifications, applicable standards, codes and regulatory requirements.
Problem Solving
- Assist in identifying technical issues and contribute to the development of practical engineering solutions and improvements.
Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies relevant to hydromechanical engineering.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Strong academic background with a good GPA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., PLAXIS, MIDAS, GeoStudio, FLAC, Civil 3d, AutoCAD, MATLAB, Phyton etc).
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
