About The Role
The Tender Management Executive serves as the project lead for DKSH's business bids, overseeing the end-to-end coordination and submission of tenders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for key healthcare contracts. Based at Jalan Buroh with company transport provided from Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, and Serangoon MRT stations, this role offers fresh polytechnic graduates broad commercial exposure across Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Legal functions while building strong project management capabilities.

What You Will Deliver

• Identify, coordinate, and lead the submission of RFIs, RFQs, and tenders, ensuring all proposals are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
• Communicate tender requirements clearly to internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Collate, prepare, and compile bid documents to a high standard of accuracy and completeness, conducting thorough quality checks prior to final submissionSupport the preparation of costings and quotations for tenders and ongoing commercial projectsMaintain and update the project pipeline to ensure business visibility of upcoming tender opportunities and key milestones
• Follow up on tender queries and ensure all client clarifications are addressed promptly and professionally
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Diploma in Business, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Supply Chain Management
• Fresh polytechnic graduates are welcome; no prior working experience is required
• Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to document preparation and review
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and complex project timelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to liaise across departments and functions
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to remain composed under pressure and respond effectively when priorities shift
