全职 Procrurement Assistant Manager Jobs, salary up to MYR 7,000 in MRD Johor Bahru - Ricebowl

What You Will Do:

• Strategic Sourcing: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers for bulk raw food materials, packaging, and factory equipment.
• Cost & Risk Management: Monitor global commodity trends and lead cost-saving initiatives to optimize our Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Compliance Assurance: Partner closely with our Quality Assurance (QA) and Halal teams to ensure all vendors strictly comply with JAKIM Halal guidelines, HACCP, and FSSC 22000.
• Demand Planning: Collaborate with Production and R&D teams to accurately forecast inventory needs, preventing material shortages or inventory waste.
• Vendor Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and conduct regular vendor performance audits.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Manager: 5+ years of procurement experience (with at least 2 years in a leadership role).
• Assistant Manager: 3+ years of progressive procurement experience.
• Industry Background: Must have experience in Food & Beverage (F&B), FMCG, or Food Manufacturing.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
• Languages: Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage for regional supplier management).

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
