Work Location: Mercu 2, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm
Working Arrangement: Fully Work from Office
Contract Duration: 3 months (renewable)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Moderator to review and verify product listing information for accuracy, consistency, and quality. In this role, you will perform quality checks, identify data discrepancies, and ensure product information meets internal standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are meticulous, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Job Scope:

• Review and verify product information to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Perform quality checks on product listings based on company guidelines
• Identify and correct inconsistencies or missing information in product records
• Ensure data is properly organized and maintained in internal systems
• Complete assigned quality assurance tasks accurately and within deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Content Moderation is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM2,200
• Performance Incentive: Up to RM300
• Annual Leave: Prorated based on contract duration
• Statutory Benefits: As per Employment Act
