Job description:

• To conduct daily inspection on all electrical & mechanical equipment in the building and conduct repair work if needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in building maintenance / technical work in the building
• Preferably has working experience with Joint Management Body or Management Corporation
• Mature, initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skill and customer service experience

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 1.00pm

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
