ob Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3–6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, have experience with modern frameworks, RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud technologies, and be comfortable working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web and enterprise applications.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Build robust back-end services, APIs, and business logic.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Solution Architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and reusable code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews and participate in technical design discussions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot application issues, debug defects, and implement fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support application deployment, production releases, and post-implementation activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software design principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with front-end and back-end development technologies.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems and Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
